The ever-popular search engine, Google, rolled out a new desktop design this week. The change is subtle, but users will be sure to notice more white space and bigger titles. Promoted accounts are already present on Twitter, but users will soon have the option to follow these promoted accounts right away with the click of a “follow” button embedded in the promoted tweet.
